NEWS: Tristar rated 9/10 in independent review

Tristar have been given a 9/10 in the February edition of the ABTA Magazine. An independent reviewer from the publication used the Tristar Premium service to travel from Central London to Heathrow Airport in January 2010.

The journalist was impressed by the level of service delivered by his polite, ‘suited and booted’ chauffeur. Also of note was the high level of comfort offered by the Mercedes S-Class used for the transfer, which took place on a weekday morning – ‘I wouldn’t normally look forward to an early morning start to catch a Heathrow flight, but when you’re picked up and chauffeur driven there in style, it leaves you wondering why you can’t have such a refined experience every time.’.

In the final statement of the review, the passenger described the Tristar service as - ‘Impeccable and efficient, but without ever being too formal to relax and feel at ease.’
