ADDISON LEE GROUP WINS 'BEST GROUND TRANSPORTATION COMPANY' AT THE 2018 BUSINESS TRAVEL AWARDS

Tristar Worldwide, as part of Addison Lee Group, wins third consecutive award for ‘Best Ground Transportation Company’ at the 2018 Business Travel Awards.

Tristar, now part of the Addison Lee Group, previously won in 2016 and 2017. The Group was shortlisted in three categories: Best Ground Transportation Company, Best Self-Booking Tool, and Rising Star.

Addison Lee Group, made up of long-standing ground transportation brands Tristar Worldwide and Addison Lee, has grown from strength to strength, and winning Best Ground Transportation Company has cemented their industry-leading organisation. The Group was handed their third consecutive award last night for best Ground Transportation Company at the 23rd Annual Buying Business Travel Awards.

The awards panel was made up of independent purchasers of business travel and the results were announced at a gala hosted by comedian Jack Dee at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane. The judges said: “This was a unanimous decision by the judges. They felt the winner was often overlooked as the workhorse of the ground transportation sector. They liked its focus on providing a high quality and ethical service, its impressive expansion and comprehensive training programme, not to mention the scope of its operation.”
