Dean De Beer - Chief Executive
Dean has been with Tristar since 1997. He held the position of Finance Director for the first five years before becoming our Chief Executive. A qualified accountant with over 20 years experience in the service industry, Dean was formerly a Senior Executive with Rentokil in South Africa.
Anthony Withers Green - Director - Global Business
Anthony has been with Tristar since 1997. In his first two years his responsibilities included heading up reservations and customer services. He was formerly a Senior Sales Executive and Area Manager for Carphone Warehouse plc and he also worked at Lloyds of London.
Andy Hohne - Chief Finance Officer
Andy has held his current position with Tristar since 2001. Previous to which, he held a position as Commercial Manager for BMI for four years and was Franchise Manager at Hertz UK for the same length of time. He is a qualified accountant with experience within the airline industry and has over 13 years collective experience in the service industry.
Doug Claringbold - Chief Operations Officer
Doug joined Tristar in March 2001 after leaving Thames Water. Previous to this he was employed by the BAA and was responsible for all operational activities in the setting up of the Heathrow Express Rail Link. Doug started his career as a graduate trainee with British Rail and since then has held a number of senior operational positions.
Darren Allsop - Chief Information Officer
Darren has been with Tristar since 1999. He holds a Masters degree in Knowledge-Based Systems and has 20 years I.T. industry experience. Before joining Tristar, positions he held were Technical Director of a small Accounting & Logistics software house and four years with Harrods Holdings plc as an I.T. Manager.
Howard Winn-Moon - Director of International Relations
Howard has been in the chauffeur service industry for over 40 years during which time he built a business of over 100 vehicles in London and also gained considerable knowledge of managing an international network. Howard joined Tristar in May 2008 to formalise and expand the Tristar worldwide network.
